A follow up comment from a reader on Cebu Pacific - oh but they do offer refunds Harry. They offer refund by phone and also by email. They pretend it will take 60 days to effect the refund. In reality they never actually pay. It is a case of them just waiting for you to give up. Its effective. I gave up, and they lose me as a customer forever. For your interest just google "cebu pacific refund"............Wow!!! there are a huge amount of people out there waiting (in vain) for refunds. And I agree with you - I would like to hang the CEO out to dry. The only way to get even with this croc company is to spread the Bad word.
